Talia Lichtstein on Hooking Up with a Married Boss: “Hot”, “Sexy”, “Salacious and Bad” but “Fun”!

On the “My Best Friend Is Hooking Up With A Married Man” episode of the Basic Training podcast (November 20, 2023), a caller left a “juicy” voice message for co-hosts Jake Cornell and Talia Lichtstein. In the message, the caller asked for advice concerning her 23-year-old best friend from high school whom was “hooking up” with her much older married boss. The caller “cut things off with her”, but she wanted to know if she were being “too harsh”. Here are the “juicy” parts of the message:

“She was 23 and started hooking up with her boss who was probably low 40s. Her boss is a married man [...] But they would, you know, eventually hook up when she was working or after work or whatever [...] I cannot respect this thing that she’s doing as a child of divorce. Um, and I basically cut things off with her just because I couldn’t keep her secret anymore.[...] But sometimes I wonder if I was being too harsh on her [...] I’m I being too harsh on her?”

In response to the message, Lichtstein opined, “Such a good call.” And Lichtstein immediately took sides, “I’m on the side of the friend that she’s dissing.” Why did Lichtstein take the side of the 23-year-old who is\was having an affair with her “low 40s” married boss? Lichtstein did so because the 23-year-old sounded “[...] fun as fuck!” So much so that, Lichtstein shared, “I would like to be her [...]”

Interestingly, Lichtstein admitted, “Of course, it’s wrong - no shit [...] She should stop. She’s doing a very bad thing. But also, that’s life and what are friends for? [...] I think that, honestly, you are being too harsh on her.”

Lichtstein stated that having an affair with a married boss is wrong; however, that didn’t stop her from seemingly insulting the concerned best friend by calling her a “prude” and a “fucking loser.” Lichtstein advised her to “[g]et a grip” and to stop “assert[ing] your moral high ground”.

“You’re a moral person. Congratulations. You have the moral high ground.”
“I think you're being a little bit of a prude [...] a fucking loser.”
“[...] don’t you want shit to laugh about when you’re old with your friend. Get a grip. Have some fun with this.”
“I think that a lot of what doing here is trying to assert your moral high ground and make yourself feel better [...]”

But why did Lichtstein condone the age-gap affair if she considered it to be “wrong”? Lichtstein related that it may be wrong, but it’s “hot”, “sexy”, “salacious and bad” but “fun”:

“[...] it’s so hot to be fucking a boss.”
“It’s, like, so sexy.”
“It’s so salacious and bad.”
“It makes any job more fun. Imagine going to work everyday and you're so annoyed that you have to go to work but at least you get off and you get to go ‘do a little flirty’.”

Previously, in the Substack, “Talia Lichstein and Sydnee Paige: NYC Influencers Who Prefer (Much) Older Men”, we wrote about Lichstein’s affairs with (much) older men. However, despite her best effort, Lichtstein confessed that she has not been able to have an affair with one of her (married) bosses. Lichtstein admitted, “I’ve tried so hard to have that, but it hasn’t happened. I have wanted that.”

As an example, Lichtstein shared that she was “obsessed” with her summer camp boss whom wasn’t even her type, but intriguingly, his position as her boss made her “obsessed” with him and the, ordinarily unattractive, man transformed into a scary-hot-boss whom took over her life. In the end, Lichtstein admitted, “I can’t blame your friend - honestly.”

“I was obsessed with one of my bosses that I worked for when I was working in a summer camp. Not because he was hot. He’s actually, like, really gross. [...] Oh my God! He wasn’t really gross. He was, just, like so not my type. [But] the fact that he was my boss. Oh, I was obsessed. [...] it actually is scary how hot that is. It takes over your life. I can’t blame your friend - honestly.”

Lichtstein’s statements are revealing, because the common sentiment (among feminists) is that an employee could never be in a consensual affair with her boss and that a boss, by his higher status, has the (magical) ability to turn an employee into a non consensual sexual zombie. Of course, there are instances where bosses have abused their power (of attraction), but it’s not uncommon for employees to welcome affairs with bosses that in some cases, to the delight of (ultra) Orthodox Jews and Muslims, has led to marriages.

For example, on CBS News, Constantine von Hoffman posted “Survey: Many employees date the boss” (February 14, 2013). Hoffman wrote that 29% of survey respondents shared that they had dated a superior and that over one-third of women were more likely to date a boss:

Perhaps more surprisingly, nearly the same number -- 29 percent -- said they had dated someone above them in the company hierarchy, with 16 percent saying they had dated their direct supervisors. This could be why just over a third of workers reported they had to keep the relationship under wraps. Women were significantly more likely to date someone further up the organization chart -- 38 percent, compared to 21 percent for men.

More recently, Emily Sundberg posted a link in Feed Me to Alexandra Molotkow’s Business Insider piece “Your secret work crush: Half of everyone you work with has an office crush” (April 8, 2024) where Molotkow profiled Karis, a married architect in her 20s, whom had a crush on Stefan, her married boss, which lasted for five years.

Subsequently, Sundberg took a(n) (anonymous) survey of her readers about their potential work crushes, and she got: "[...] hundreds of remarkably vulnerable, albeit anonymous, responses" some of which she posted on "Nothing sexy happens on Slack." For example:

"He was a VP at the firm, I was an intern."

“We secretly dated for 4 months. It was hot but the power dynamics weren’t healthy. I was like barely 21 and he was 10 years older & my boss. It was worth it for the plot though. Pretty sure everyone knew besides his superiors.”

Famous Age-Gap Couple: Aoki Lee Simmons (21) and Serafina co-founder Vittorio Assaf (65)

Tamantha Ryan posted on "Page Six": "Aoki Lee Simmons, 21, kisses Serafina co-founder Vittorio Assaf, 65, on romantic trip to St. Barts" (April 5, 2024) Ryan wrote that 21-year-old Aoki didn't let her 43-year age-gap with 65-year-old Assaf stop her from having a "romantic vacation" on St. Barts with the grey headed restaurateur.

A 43-year age difference didn’t stop these two from having some fun in the sun.

Aoki Lee Simmons, 21, was spotted kissing restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, 65, during a romantic vacation to St. Barts on Tuesday.

In photos obtained by Page Six exclusively, the youngest daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons packed on the PDA with the much-older Serafina co-founder while enjoying time at a beach.

However, the pictures of the vacationing age-gap couple were obtained exclusively by Page Six, because neither Aoki or Assaf posted vacation pictures of them together on their respective social media accounts. Ryan wrote:

On Friday, Aoki posted some snaps from her trip to the Caribbean island on Instagram — but she notably did not include her beau in any of them.

And on March 27, she shared a video of herself on a beach wearing the same bikini as she did in the photos we obtained of her and Assaf together.

The Milan-born businessman also posted pictures from his trip, featuring one of his friends whom he said he has known for “25 years.”

However, Aoki, an apparently unabashed teleiophileposted an Instagram Live video with Assaf (off-screen). In the video, Aoki referred to Assaf as her "boyfriend", and she said that she was "happier" and "more chilled out". And the age-gap couple referred to each as "baby".

In addition, Ryan shared that prior to Aoki, Assaf was "linked to 24-year-old model Nya Gatbel." However, Francesca Bacardi reported in the "Page Six" piece: "Serafina restaurateur Vittorio Assaf makes full recovery after week-long hospitalization" (June 28, 2023) that Nya was 22 when she was Assaf's girlfriend.

Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee (Getty Images)

Connectedly, per Barnaby Lane's Business Insider piece "A complete timeline of Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons' marriage and divorce", Aoki's parents, Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons, met when Russell was 35 and Kimora was 17. Lane wrote:

Simmons, the cofounder of Def Jam Records, first met Lee while she was modeling at New York Fashion Week in 1992, according to People.

Despite Simmons being 35, and Lee being just 17 and still a sophomore in high school when they met, they soon began dating.

In 2020, Simmons said that they didn't begin dating until Lee turned 18 and that Lee's mother approved of their relationship.

"She was legal at 17 but she turned 18 that may her mother and her manager Bethann Hardison approved supported and rushed us (we really didn't need a push)," he wrote on Instagram.

Per Lane, Russell and Kimora Lee were in their age-gap relationship for approximately 14 years.

Did Bethenny Frankel Sexualize Teen Daughter?

Within the past three months, Bethenny Frankel has been accused of sexualizing Bryn - Frankel's 13-year-old teen daughter.

For example, on December 29, 2023, Leah Bitsky posted on “Page Six”: “Bethenny Frankel blasted for posting bikini photos of 13-year-old daughter: ‘So inappropriate’” Bitsky wrote:

The mom-shamers are mentioning it all.

Bethenny Frankel was ridiculed for sharing bikini photos of her 13-year-old daughter Bryn on social media.

The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star posted a carousel of snaps showing the mother-daughter duo enjoying the white sandy beaches of Turks and Caicos on Thursday.

She also shared multiple snaps of Bryn soaking up some sun while wearing a light-blue bikini — angering several of Frankel’s 3.3 million followers.

Bethenny Frankel & Bryn (13)

Consequently, Bitsky related that some of Frankel’s followers accused Frankel of exploiting Bryn. For example, one follower commented: “Swimsuit shots of your daughter are so Inappropriate and exploitive [sic]” And another follower commented: “She’s only 13 might want to put some clothes on or on social media.!”

However, some of Frankel’s followers opined that Bryn’s teen bikini pictures were appropriate. One follower commented: “STOP THE MEAN COMMENTS [...] What she [i.e., Bryn] wears is totally appropriate.” And another supportive follower commented: “To me, these pics look like a mother and daughter bonding [...] Bikinis aren’t allowed?”

On March 19, 2024 Emily Selleck posted on “Page Six”: "Bethenny Frankel sparks outrage after buying phallic dessert with daughter Bryn, 13: ‘Make better decisions’" Selleck posted:

Bethenny Frankel caused a stir on social media when she shared a snap of the phallic dessert she purchased with her 13-year-old daughter, Bryn.

Over the weekend, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum shared a glimpse via social media of her Australian vacation with her daughter ahead of her “In Conversation with Bethenny Frankel” panel.

In the pics, the mother-daughter duo explored Melbourne along the Yarra River, before indulging in a multi-colored, glittery dessert from Mykiki, which resembled a penis.

Bethenny Frankel, Bryn (13) and Mykiki Dessert

Referencing to the large “glittery dessert” penis, Frankel posted:

“Exploring all that Melbourne has to offer [...] We are so happy here! PS. The food scene here is incredible and let’s just say we got more than we bargained for…👀🙈🌈”

Consequently, some of Frankel’s followers were outraged. For example, one follower commented: “Confused about the last pic and trying to set an example for your young daughter”. And another asked: “Why would you post that with photos of you and your daughter!”

However, and unsurprisingly, some of Frankel’s followers condoned the dessert d*ck pic. For instance, one supportive follower commented: “Bethenny I am so sorry all of these people are being haters – you’re a fantastic mother, your daughter is beautiful and these trolls just need a hug and some healing”

Kylie Jenner’s 17th Birthday (Big) Penis Cake

(The last time we wrote about a teen and a penis shaped pastry was when we related that 25-year-old Tygy gifted Kylie Jenner a penis shaped cake for her 17th birthday.)

And on March 21, 2024, Riley Cardoza posted on “Page Six”: “Bethenny Frankel threatens to ‘f–k up’ trolls criticizing the way daughter Bryn, 13, dresses" Cardoza posted:

Bethenny Frankel wants the parenting police to back off.

The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star warned social media trolls against criticizing her 13-year-old daughter Bryn’s clothes, telling naysayers to “keep f–king walking” in an Instagram video Wednesday [March 20].

“Some people think it’s their business how I parent and how my daughter dresses,” Frankel said. “I have the most beautiful, thoughtful, caring, loving, spiritual, sensitive, darling, loving, smart human being for a child, and that takes work.”

Bethenny Frankel & Bryn (13)

It appears that some of Frankel’s followers commented that Bryn should avoid cleavage revealing crop tops - with cherries on top, which the 13-year-old modeled in her mother’s March 19th social media post. However, andy_todd299 commented: “Love Bryn she [is] so adorable 😍” (Like Charlotte of And Just Like That, should we assume that Andy's an ephebophile.)

Interestingly, if Bryn were 18, Frankel would not have had any or many detractors; however, Orthodox Jews and Muslims would argue that 13-year-olds and 18-year-olds (and older) should avoid wearing bikinis and cleavage revealing crop tops with red cherries on top - in public.

COSMOPOLITAN Confessay: Teen Sex with Friend's Dad!

Arya Patel* posted the Confessay, "I Hooked Up With My Friend’s Dad on Vacation in Spain: It was an accident. It was also inevitable", on Cosmopolitan (Spring 2024).

In the confession slash essay, Arya shared that when she was an 18-year-old college freshman and: "[...] shy introvert who’d just moved out of my family’s place to attend college in a different city", she "met Maria* in the bathroom of a student bar" where they bonded over their: "[...] love for anime, dystopian fiction, and all things nerdy."

Maria, "born and raised in Spain", was studying abroad at Arya's college where they further bonded over: "dubious culinary experiments with ramen and movie nights fueled by cheap wine."

During summer break, Maria invited Arya spend a week in Granada with her and Marco* - Maria's her father. Arya wrote that Marco, "in his mid-40s", made her "understood the appeal of older men", which was partially due to his physical characteristics:

[...] he had the physique of a Hemsworth brother, with a strong jawline and muscles practically bulging through his shirt. He was in his mid-40s and had the same dark curls and chocolate eyes as Maria but stood a foot taller at 6'3" and flaunted a deeper tan. The flecks of gray peppered throughout his hair and the smile lines around his eyes only made him look even sexier. I honestly had never understood the appeal of older men until the exact moment I met him.

That's correct. Arya shared that Marco's wrinkles and gray hair made him "even sexier". Consequently, Arya was "enamored" by her friend's father. And she had a "painfully obvious crush" on him. So much so that after Marco caught Arya "glancing" at him, he replied to with a "cheeky, dimpled smile".

However, Arya attempted to control her "spiraling lust by focusing on the trip" and spending time with Maria as they:  "[...] walked through the rustic streets of the city’s spice market and took in the stunning Moorish architecture and parks."

But, unsurprisingly, it wasn't only Marco's physically characteristics that riled up Arya. In addition to his deep tan, smile lines and flecks of grey, Marco was attentive, soft-spoken and, despite their age-gap, he didn't patronize Maria.

[...] to rile me up. It was the little things, like when his fingers seemed to linger on mine while he passed me a glass of rioja or when he’d stroke my hair under the guise of fixing a stray strand. He was attentive and soft-spoken in a way none of my exes had ever been. He asked me about my family and what I wanted to do in the future with genuine interest and never came across as patronizing despite our age gap.

Consequently, the night before she went home, after Marco exited the shower, Arya "grabbed his towel and let it fall to the floor". Then she performed oral sex on Marco before he bent her over the couch while: "Maria was just a door away in her room."

I don’t know what came over me in that split second, but I got up and walked over to him. My hands were shaking with anticipation as I grabbed his towel and let it fall to the floor. His dick was intimidatingly big. I got on my knees and kissed it, starting at the tip and working my way down with kitten licks. Maria was just a door away in her room.

I felt him get hard under my tongue as he let out a muffled groan followed by a string of whispered curses. I took as much of him as I could in my mouth and looked up into his eyes while blowing him. Seeing his face contorted in pleasure just turned me on more.

Marco pulled me up by my neck, somehow rough and tender at the same time, and dragged me in for a kiss. His hands roamed my waist and ass as our tongues collided. I was already heaving for air when we finally pulled apart.

He flipped me around and bent me over the couch, kissing me from the nape of my neck down my spine. I’d never had sex without someone going down on me first, but I was literally the wettest I’d ever been when Marco entered me from behind.

A moan escaped me and his palm flew to cover my mouth as he started moving inside me, teasingly slow at first but building to a faster rhythm. I closed my eyes and doubled down on the sensation of his dick until I came.

Arya wrote that the next morning, she bid Maria and Marco adieu and "[...] flew home as if nothing had happened" where she "eagerly" awaited an "[...] invitation to another steamy Spanish holiday."

"[...] you fucked my dad?"\YouTube

Of course, the Daddy Thing and a teen having sex with her friend's or boyfriend's dad is not uncommon. For example, there are a number of videos posted on social media of teen girls being scolded for having sex with a friend or boyfriends dad.

Lastly, it's worth noting that (most) feminists would assert that Marco used his "strong jawline", "chocolate eyes", "cheeky, dimpled smile", attentiveness and soft-spoken demeanor to groom Arya, because in their estimation, a teen could absolutely never naturally be "enamored" by an (much) older man

NEW YORK TIMES Exposé: Mothers Sell Teen Daughters' Sexualized Photos and Videos on Instagram!

Jennifer Valentino-DeVries and Michael H. Keller posted for the New York Times

A Marketplace of Girl Influencers Managed by Moms and Stalked by Men

Seeking social media stardom [i.e., money] for their underage daughters, mothers post [risqué] images of them on Instagram. The accounts draw men sexually attracted to children, and they sometimes pay to see more [i.e., the mothers accept money to show more of their daughters].” (Feb. 22, 2024)

Per, Valentino-DeVries and Keller, Elissa began posting photos of her 11-year-old daughter on Instagram in 2020. Consequently, Elissa’s daughter has over 100,000 followers. Some of whom subscribe for $9.99 per month for exclusive content. Other nymphets obtain goods and money via Amazon and CashApp. While others earn: “[...] shopping sprees, gifts like iPhones and iPads, and cash.”

Elissa has been running her daughter’s Instagram account since 2020, when the girl was 11 and too young to have her own. Photos show a bright, bubbly girl modeling [...] She has more than 100,000 followers, some so enthusiastic about her posts that they pay $9.99 a month for more photos.

Some girls on Instagram use their social media clout to get little more than clothing discounts; others receive gifts from Amazon wish lists, or money through Cash App; and still others earn thousands of dollars a month by selling subscriptions with exclusive content.

In addition to photos, some parents sell “exclusive chat sessions” with their daughters. And they sell their daughter’s “worn leotards and cheer outfits”. Interestingly, Valentino-DeVries and Keller wrote that the buyers, some of whom spend thousands on nymphets, are “mostly unknown followers”. Does that mean that some of the buyers are friends of the family?

Some parents are the driving force behind the sale of photos, exclusive chat sessions and even the girls’ worn leotards and cheer outfits to mostly unknown followers. The most devoted customers spend thousands of dollars nurturing the underage relationships.

In addition to money from men, moms and daughters can earn more money and free products from brands. And more followers (i.e., men), can mean more money and free products. And via Instagram’s algorithm, more followers (i.e., men) can lead to even more followers (i.e., men). #feedbackloop

The large audiences boosted by men can benefit the families, The Times found. The bigger followings look impressive to brands and bolster chances of getting discounts, products and other financial incentives, and the accounts themselves are rewarded by Instagram’s algorithm with greater visibility on the platform, which in turn attracts more followers.

Should we be surprised that, per Valentino-DeVries and Keller, approximately 33% of preteen nymphets desire to be influencers, when the: “[...] creator economy surpasses $250 billion worldwide, according to Goldman Sachs, with U.S. brands spending more than $5 billion a year on influencers.” And: “Some of the child influencers earn six-figure incomes, according to interviews.”

Consequently, due to the large sums of money, some parents can’t stop exploiting their daughters on social media (e.g., “[...] girls in skimpy bikinis whose parents actively encourage male admirers and sell them special photo sets.”)

“I really don’t want my child exploited on the internet,” said Kaelyn, a mother in Melbourne, Australia [...]

“But she’s been doing this so long now,” she said. “Her numbers are so big. What do we do? Just stop it and walk away?”

Valentino-DeVries and Keller related that parents shared that: “[...] their children enjoyed being on social media or that it was important for a future career.” However, some nymphets, like 17-year-old Kaelyn, whose “childhood [was] spent sporting bikinis online for adult men”, may feel that the logical next step in their young careers is to make (teen) OnlyFans account like Sami Sheen - the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.

DragonWing | NYFW 2024

The moms, daughters and their men are not the only benefactors from this industry. Brands and accounts like LA Dance Designs, DragonWing*, and Original Hippie benefit financially from nubile nymphets as well.

In the dance and gymnastics worlds, teens and preteens jockey to become brand ambassadors for products and apparel. They don bikinis in Instagram posts, walk runways in youth fashion shows and offer paid subscriptions to videos [...]

For many of them, child influencers have become “walking advertising,” supplanting traditional ad campaigns, said Kinsey Pastore, head of marketing for LA Dance Designs, a children’s dance wear company in South Florida.

How much can a nymphet (and her mother) make from a brand for a (suggestive) Instagram post? “The most successful girls can demand $3,000 from their sponsors for a single post on Instagram.”

And how much can a nymphet (and her mother) charge for an Instagram subscription that comes with: “[...] ask me anything” chat sessions and behind-the-scenes photos.”

In 2022, Instagram launched paid subscriptions, which allows followers to pay a monthly fee for exclusive content and access. The rules don’t allow subscriptions for anyone under 18, but the mom-run accounts sidestep that restriction. The Times found dozens that charged from 99 cents to $19.99. At the highest price, parents offered “ask me anything” chat sessions and behind-the-scenes photos.

Instagram’s $19.99 subscription fee is quarters compared to the $250 “Elite VIP” subscription fee some moms charge and the “$14,000 in subscription revenue” some teens earn on Brand Army’s “junior channel”.

“Message me anytime. You will have more opportunities for buying and receiving super exclusive content😘,” read a description for a $25 subscription to a [Brand Army] minor’s account. For $100 a month, subscribers can get “live interactive video chats,” unlimited direct messages and a mention on the girl’s Instagram story.

The Times subscribed to several accounts to glean what content is being offered and how much money is being made. On one account, 141 subscribers liked a photo only available to those who paid $100 monthly, indicating over $14,000 in subscription revenue.

And what are men getting for spending hundreds of dollars to subscribe to a 17-year-old’s Brand Army “junior channel”?

Some of the descriptions also highlight the revealing nature of photos. One account for a child around 14 years old encouraged new sign-ups at the end of last year by branding the days between Christmas and New Year’s as “Bikini Week.” An account for a 17-year-old girl advertised that she wasn’t wearing underwear in a workout photo set and, as a result, the images were “uh … a lot spicier than usual.”

Original Hippie

Interestingly, Valentino-DeVries and Keller wrote that a large number of accounts with over: “[...] 100,000 followers had a male audience of over 75 percent, and a few of them over 90 percent, the analysis showed.” Consequently, Dean Stockton, the owner of Original Hippie, stopped deleting the male followers of Original Hippie’s Instragam account as it became a sisyphean effort, but most importantly Stockton’s male followers are very important to Original Hippie’s positioning on Instagram.

Dean Stockton, who runs a small clothing company in Florida called Original Hippie, often features girls from the Instagram accounts, who earn a commission when customers use personalized discount codes. After initially deleting many male followers, he now sees them as a way to grow the account and give it a wider audience because the platform rewards large followings.

“The Bible says, ‘The wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous,’” he said. “So sometimes you got to use the things of this world to get you to where you need to be, as long as it’s not harming anybody.”

Grippingly, Valentino-DeVries and Keller used the word pedophiles nine (9) times in their piece; however, per the clinical definition of pedophilia as related in the documentary Are All Men Pedophiles? (2013), Valentino-DeVries and Keller, like most humans, used the word incorrectly:

As I related previously, there’s a difference between the general public term for pedophilia and the technical professional term of pedophilia. The public’s definition is associated with someone who is sexually attracted to girls under the age of 18; however, the clinical definition of pedophilia is:

  1. A sexual preference for pre-pubertal or early pubertal children

  2. For six months or more the person has acted on those urges or suffers from distress as a result of having the urges

  3. And the individual must be at least 16-years-old and at least five years older than the subject of desire

Thus, arguably, Valentino-DeVries and Keller should have used ephebophiles or hebephiles in reference to the men from whom moms and daughters willfully accepted Amazon wish list times, CashApp deposits, shopping sprees, iPhones and iPads.

Of course, the New York Times isn’t the first outlet to report on this phenomenon. For example, we related that Olivia Carville posted on BloombergBusinessweekTikTok’s Problem Child Has 7 Million Followers and One Proud Mom: Young creators like Jenny Popach are posting suggestively sexual content, sometimes with parental approval, leaving moderators and executives unsure what to do.”

And, of course, even before the advent of social media, parents used their children to earn goods and money. For example, we related that Demi Moore shared in Inside Out, her memoir, that when she was 15, her alcoholic mother paraded her in bars. Consequently, unable to resist the allure of a nymphet, an approximately 48-year-old wealthy Greek man paid Demi's mother $500 for sex with the future actress. And I wrote about a New York Daily News story about a mother whom was arrested in 2014 for (allegedly) traveling from Florida to New York City to prostitute her 15-year-old daughter during Super Bowl XLVIII.

Lastly, Valentino-DeVries and Keller’s piece is about social media accounts run by moms for their daughters, but we previously wrote about salacious social media accounts run by daughters without their mother’s consent. For example, we shared that Alexandra S. Levine posted on Forbes "How TikTok Live Became ‘A Strip Club Filled With 15-Year-Olds’" (Apr 27, 2022) with the intro\kicker: "Livestreams on the social media app are a popular place for men to lurk and for young girls — enticed by money and gifts — to perform sexually suggestive acts.”
